About the Company

DIKRT spol. s r.o. has been engaged in surface and anti-corrosion treatment of metals for more than 30 years (since 1992, when the company was founded by Ing. Miloš Weikert). Our company's main focus of specialization is the custom powder coating of delivered parts and components, lining with fluoroplastics and pyrolysis paint stripping of parts including abrasive blasting. Our company operated in two locations until 2016 – in Lomnice and in Svatava. Our production area in Svatava was acquired and partially reconstructed in 2002.In order to expand, modernize and streamline production as well as further required use of the halls in Svatava, a complete reconstruction of our buildings was carried out in 2011 with the contribution of funds from the national budget - subsidies under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation (OPEI) - Real Estate Program - Call II - announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

For the implementation of this reconstruction, our company received a 1st place award in the Brownfield of the Year category from the CzechInvest Business and Investment Promotion Agency under the auspices of the President of the Republic and the Minister of Industry and Trade in 2012 and subsequently an Honorable Mention for "Sensitive Reconstruction of Historical Industrial Architecture" in the 13th year of the Karlovy Vary Region Constructions competition as part of the "Days of Construction and Architecture of the Karlovy Vary Region 2013" event.

Our company currently operates three powder coating lines in our production area in Svatava.
Large-scale production orders are processed on our automatic powder coating line using Gema technology. This line is equipped with a degreasing tunnel, also supporting chemical phosphating and the automatic application of plastic-based powder paint. We installed our second automatic powder coating line in 2015. It is suitable for coating larger, heavier and more complex parts in smaller series or in piece production. This line includes a robotic workplace for applying powder paints.

In addition to our powder coating services, we also perform anti-corrosion treatment of vessels, fittings, tanks and reactors, manufacture pipes and pipe parts with fluoroplastic linings (PTFE, PFA, FEP, E-CTFE, PVDF). The use of fluoroplastics is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and petrochemical industries. We apply these fluoroplastic linings to vessels and pipes manufactured by us, but we are also able to apply them to products supplied by our customers. All of this is of course fully in line with strict standards and a reliable guarantee.

Our production flows are constantly being optimized with the aim of maximizing labor productivity, including an emphasis on the quality of our provided services.
